Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this new photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling various areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
